RECEITA DE MOUSSE DE MARACUJÁ.

Receita.

Ingredientes:

1 caixinha de leite moça. Ou (lata)

1 caixinha (ou lata ) de suco concentrado maracujá

1 lata de creme de leite sem soro

1 medida de caixinha (lata) de leite 

1/2 pacotinho de gelatina sem sabor.

Sementes de maracujá para enfeitar se preferir.

Modo de preparar:

Coloque os ingredientes líquidos, num liquidificador e bata bem.

Derreta a gelatina conforme as instruções.

Junte com os ingredientes do liquidificador ,bata mais um pouco.

Coloque em um refratário (ou em taças individuais.

Enfeite com as sementes de maracujá.

Leve para para a geladeira.

Deixe até endurecer a mousse de maracujá.

PASSIONFRUIT MOUSSE.

Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 box of young milk. Or (can)

1 canister (or tin) of concentrated passion fruit juice.

1 can of sour cream without whey.

1 measure of canister (can) of milk.

1/2 package of unflavored gelatina.

Seeds of passion fruit to spruce if you prefer.

Way of preparing:

Put the liquid ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Melt gelatin as instructed.
Add the ingredients to the blender, beat more.
Put in a refractory (or in individual bowls.
Garnish with passion fruit seeds.
Take it to the refrigerator.
Let it harden.
