Quindins Sweets.






Recipe.

Ingredients:


9 egg yolks fresh.4 whole and fresh eggs.1 tablespoon of butter.400 grams of sugar.1 glass of coconut milk (100 ml).1 packet of coconut (100 grams) without sugar.1 spoon (vanilla essence dessert.Crystal sugar to sprinkle the pans.Margarine to grease the pans.

Sift the 9 egg yolks in a thin, slow sieve.

Put the coconut milk with the coconut.

Put in the blender the following ingredients:

The sifted egg yolks and the whole egg, the vanilla essence, the margarine and the sugar.

Hit well. Add coconut milk and coconut. Mix with a well mixed spatula or spoon.

Let stand for 2 hours.

Grease pans for quindim with margarine and sprinkle with crystal sugar.

Put the quindim dough in the pans.
