PASTA FOR LOAF OF BREAD.







Pasta for loaf of bread.

Recipe.

Ingredients:

8 egg yolks (the egg whites separately).

8 tablespoons white sugar.

10 tablespoons of wheat flour.

1 tablespoon of chemical yeast for cake.

1 tablespoon vanilla (dessert).

Way of preparing:

Separate the egg yolks and place in a small bowl.

Lighten and place in the bowl of the mixer.

Stir in a small bowl, sugar and vanilla.

Pass the wheat and baking powder in a sieve and place in a small bowl.

Way of preparing:

Beat the egg whites until they are hard.

Always add the egg whites with the mixer, one by one slowly, beat until well blended.

Add the sugar a few times, until all the sugar is finished.

When forming a fluffy cream, which will have doubled in volume, you can remove it from the mixer.

With a spoon, combine the wheat with the yeast, slowly and gently until it is well mixed.

Preheat the oven and put the dough in a round shape of 28 centimeters, greased with butter, and wheat flour.

Bake for about 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.

You can stick with a toothpick if it comes out dry, that's fine.

Take care not to burn.
