1 dente de alho.
Água o bastante para curbrir às batatas.
10 raminhos de salsa lisa.
60 ml. de azeite de oliva.
2 colheres (sopa) de sal fino.
Pimenta preta muida na hora.
MODO DE PREPARAR:
1- Lave as batatas e com casca coloque em uma panela e acrescente á água e o sal fino.
Descasque o alho e pique bem fininho.
Lave a salsa e sacuda para secar.
Separe as folhas e pique em pedaços.
Junte o alho a salsa e o azeite de oliva e bata ,Tempere com o sal marinho e a pimenta preta.
Cuidado para não queimar as mãos.
2-Depois de cozidas as batatas, ainda quentes tire as cascas e corte em cubos de 2 - 3 centímetros.
