HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM.

 RECIPE. 

INGREDIENTS: 

1 kilo of strawberries, ripe without leaves and cut.
 1 unflavored gelatin envelope (12 grams. 
1 can of condensed milk (395 grams) 
1 can of sour cream (200grams). 
1 spoon (dessert) of vanilla. 
100 grams of refined sugar. 

WAY OF PREPARING: 

1. Place the sugar and strawberries in the bowl of an electric mixer and mix with a spoon. 
2. After the strawberries have incorporated the sugar, turn on the mixer and mix the condensed milk little by little. 
3. Let it mix well, add the cream and vanilla sugar, continue with an electric mixer until a very homogeneous cream and the strawberries, finely chopped. 
4. Place in an ice cream jar or plastic jar and cover and bring to the fryer for 3 hours until it is crystallized, it should be very firm. 
5. Now put in the mixer and beat until creamy. Hold the pot again and fill it well to the edge, because this way you should avoid forming the ice crystals. (or place a piece of plastic wrap over homemade strawberry ice cream. Take to the frizer or freezer for 3 to 4 hours. 
6. Serve with syrup, or with fruit salad. Yield: 1 kilo.
